I don’t have many pics of mine yet, we haven’t started the next phase since it just came back from the gear shop. But this is what they were like in the wild, I have been collecting pictures of them in service. These will all be in Korea or Nam for the most part.

What a fantastic set of photos. Along with the military history, y ou have totally triggered the aviation geek in me. Did you know that the C-123 was originally designed to be a big-ass glider (Chase XG-20) ? They also tried turbojets on it, and the result was a very good-looking a/c. I wrote an article about it last year.

And that CH-37 was powered by two big-ass Double Wasp radial engines in the outboard  nacelles, each cranking out 2,100 hp . What a beast.

Oh I tried to throw in the most interesting aircraft pics as well. I started running out of luck finding M37 pics so I began watching film footage anywhere I could and doing screen grabs. Those pics near launch sites were a surprise, I know the USAF used them but I usually see Ford pickups around those pics.
